Since 1970, M/s. Kamal & Co., as Advocates, Solicitors and Trademark Attorneys have served all levels of clientele including multinational companies, public sector companies, Government of India at all levels in Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts and Tribunals.

Located in South Mumbai, the office is near Bombay High Court, Bombay Sessions and City Civil Court and most of the Tribunals, including CESTAT, DRT and DRAT. Branch office in Khar (W) is ably managed by Ms. L.K. Bulchandani, Advocate & Solicitor - England and South Wales.

Mr. K.R. Bulchandani, a Sr. Advocate & Solicitor, founder of M/s. Kamal & Co. is ably assisted by his Sr. Associates with a full-fledged staff and up to date technology. Throughout the cities of India, M/s. Kamal & Co. with tie-ups and strong network, cater to all sections of society and extend professional services to the requirement of the clientele, both in contentious and non-contentious arenas. All Professional services are made available to the clients under one roof. Outsourcing of the professional work is therefore bare minimum, save and except where imperative.

Mr. K.R. Bulchandani, though wedded to legal profession has associated himself with different dynamic activities:

  • Formerly Professor of Law at Government Law College, Mumbai, Mr. Bulchandani pursued his passion for teaching from 1976 to 1988 in various faculties of law like Civil, Criminal, Property, Constitution and Conveyancing. He has been visiting lecturer at Bar Council of Maharashtra, Chamber of Tax Consultants, Institute of Company Secretaries, Management Institutes and other Forums.

  • Apart from legal pursuits with several judgements reported in Law Journals and online, his obsession is extended to social and charitable causes. A Rotarian since 1986 and Director of Rotary Club of Bombay (Main Club) from 2003 to 2005, Mr. Bulchandani reaches out to the causes most close to him, namely, Education, Health and needs of Senior Citizens through Karita Benevolent Foundation promoted by him in 2001 and since then caring for all deserving causes. Besides being associated with ADAPT (formerly Spastic Society) adopting one child every year, the Senior Citizens are looked after by him relating to their medical and other needs in Sir JJ Dharamshala, a home for Senior Citizens. Education to one and all and health of each citizen are considered as the fundamentals for any society to attain development.
